How to correctly install and use the tripod turnstile

In order to better play the advantages of the three-roller turnstile and bring convenience to customers, please follow the following precautions for the three-roller turnstile during installation and use:

1. Preparation before installing the three-roller turnstile:

1. First of all, without permission, do not add peripheral equipment to the three-roller turnstile equipment and ensure that the equipment is reliably grounded to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment when working;

2. When the three-roller turnstile equipment is used outdoors, a 100mm~200mm high cement installation platform should be built at the equipment installation location to prevent moisture; at the same time, install a sunshade or other rainproof facilities above the equipment. It is recommended not to place the equipment directly in an open-air environment for use;

3. When installing the three-roller turnstile, please open the chassis cover first, connect the ~220V power supply, and reliably ground it. When everything is ready, close the air switch. At this time, the gate machine mainboard L5. L6 lights are on, the mainboard number tube displays "RUN", the lifting lever gate bar rises, and the gate machine is in working condition.

4. When the three-roller turnstile is connected to an external control system (access control, fingerprint, etc.), please determine what kind of signal the controller outputs (dry contact, active output, etc.). For dry contact output, just connect 2 wires to the OPEN-L, OPEN-R and VDD of the turnstile respectively. The three-roller turnstile is determined according to customer requirements; for active output, first determine the "+" and "-" of the output signal. The "+" end is connected to OPEN-L or OPEN-R, and the "-" end is connected to the "GND" of the main board (voltage range: between 5V and 12V).

2. Precautions during the use of the three-roller turnstile

1. Please swipe the card outside the yellow line. You can enter only when the three-roller turnstile gate is opened and there is a direction indicator arrow to indicate passing. During the walking process, please do not stay in the channel or pass through after turning back, which will directly affect the flow of the channel.

2. During the passage, you cannot follow into the three-roller gate channel, and you cannot squeeze the rod to swipe the card, so as to avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon of swiping the card but not opening the gate. 3. When you see that the three-roller gate is in the fully opened state, please do not forget to swipe the card (for the delayed closing function), and ensure that one card per person is required. 4. The three-roller gate should be regularly maintained, the dust inside and outside the chassis should be cleaned, and the mechanical connection parts should be lubricated to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. 5. When the three-roller gate has an abnormal situation during use, please do not damage the three-roller gate machine manually.
